Hi there dear fashion entrepreneur!
People are always asking me what I’m reading, so I’ve decided to compile a list of the top books that have helped me in my business journey.
I’ve read many more, but I would say these are the top ones.
Some of them are not business-related, however, they have been crucial in my journey as a fashion entrepreneur.
If you have any questions about any of these books, just let me know!
If you want to recommend any books, please do so! I’m always in the lookout for the next great read.
Without further ado, here is the list!
Please know that I do receive a small commission for some of the items I recommend throughout my website – including these books. Nevertheless, I only recommend what I truly like and use!
The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle
The book is intended to be a guide for day-to-day living and stresses the importance of living in the present moment and transcending thoughts of the past or future.
This book is a must-read in life. It doesn’t matter if you are an entrepreneur or not!
The Automatic Millionaire by David Bach
The Automatic Millionaire shows readers how to change their financial practices and even their lives, the simple and automatic way.
The book begins with a powerful story about an average Canadian couple — he’s a low-level manager, she’s a beautician — whose joint income never exceeds $55,000 a year, yet who somehow manage to own two homes debt-free, put two kids through college, and retire at fifty-five with more than $1 million in savings.
This is seriously one of my favorite books EVER! (He has other fantastic books that are on my future must-read list!)
The Universe Has Your Back by Gabrielle Bernstein
In her book, The Universe Has Your Back, New York Times best-selling author Gabrielle Bernstein teaches readers how to transform their fear into faith in order to live a divinely guided life.
Gabby has a way of explaining things that just clicks!
Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
Think and Grow Rich was written by Napoleon Hill in 1937 and promoted as a personal development and self-improvement book. He claimed to be inspired by a suggestion from business magnate and later-philanthropist Andrew Carnegie.
Old, but so good! Thank you Napoleon Hill 🙂
She Means Business by Carrie Green
In this book, Carrie Green shows you how to turn your ideas into reality and build a wildly successful business. There has never been a better time to say yes! With a computer and an Internet connection, you can get your ideas, messages, and business out there like never before and create so much success.
I love this book because it really gives you a behind-the-scenes look of what it takes to build a business on your own. Carrie shares her experiences, as well the stories of other fantastic entrepreneurs. A must read!
Turning Pro by Steven Pressfield
The follow-up to his bestseller The War of Art, Turning Pro navigates the passage from the amateur life to a professional practice. “You don’t need to take a course or buy a product. All you have to do is change your mind” -Steven Pressfield.
The tittle says it all, but the book goes deep. I LOVE this book!
Everything is Figureoutable by Marie Forleo
Everything is Figureoutable is more than just a fun phrase to say. It’s a practical, actionable discipline. It’s a philosophy of relentless optimism. A mindset. A mantra. A conviction. And it’s about to make you unstoppable.
A great book for mindset, especially for entrepreneurs.
These books are on my must-read list for this year!
Super Attractor by Gabrielle Bernstein
Super Attractor is a manifesto for making that connection and marrying your spiritual life with your day-to-day experience.
I got it and now it’s time to dive in!
The 4-Hour Workweek by Timothy Ferriss
Forget the old concept of retirement and the rest of the deferred-life plan–there is no need to wait and every reason not to, especially in unpredictable economic times. Whether your dream is escaping the rat race, experiencing high-end world travel, or earning a monthly five-figure income with zero management, The 4-Hour Workweek is the blueprint.
This sounds so good. I’m going to read it this year!
The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone
The 10 X Rule unveils the principle of “Massive Action,” allowing you to blast through business cliches and risk-aversion while taking concrete steps to reach your dreams. It also demonstrates why people get stuck in the first three actions and how to move into making the 10X Rule a discipline. Find out exactly where to start, what to do, and how to follow up each action you take with more action to achieve Massive Action results.
I would love to read this one this year. It’s on my list!
Remember! Let me know if you have any suggestions too 🙂
Much love,
Sandra
