Woolley has worked with high profile firms like Univision and Warner Bros. Her mission is to design for beautiful, smart and happy women. She values quality, artistry and uniqueness.

We invited Candy to have a Style Chat with us and this is what she had to say!

Gitana Styling: What is your definition of style?

Candy Woolley: Style is what defines a person. It is a part of you. Style can be the way you talk, the way you dress, the way you carry yourself in any situation. I believe your style develops according to experiences. The more you observe your surroundings, the more you travel, the more you read, this can all affect and modify your style. We better ourselves everyday.

GS: Who is your favorite designer?

CW: My ultimate favorite designer is Karl Lagerfeld. No matter how old he gets, he will always be unstoppable and a creative genius.

GS: Who are your top 3 style icons?

CW: First, Cyndi Lauper because is who I much admired when growing up in the 80’s; secondly, Zac Posen because he always looks sharp and wears very nice suits; and last but not least, Victoria Beckham, she has transformed herself from a pop-culture singer that wouldn’t be taken seriously in the fashion world into a well respected high fashion designer who wears very tasteful clothes that go according to her age.

GS: Share 3 style tips with us.

CW: My three tips would be first, stay informed on what is going on in fashion all across the globe, second, always carry a good looking and high quality handbag; third, if you are going to wear open toe shoes be sure you have a well done pedicure.

GS: If you feel like your outfit is missing something, what is your #1 style upgrader?

CW: A nice looking handbag and a statement cuff will upgrade any outfit.

GS: What are you currently working on?

CW: I am working on custom handbag orders. Also working on a boho chic line of easy to carry hobos with removable fringes. So if you are in the mood of strings then you keep them on, if not, then, you take them off for the day!

GS: How can our readers connect with you?

CW: I have a website www.candywoolley.com; my email is info@candywoolley.com; I also have social media accounts where they can follow and connect:
